Coach: Greg LasinskiEducation: B.S. Physical Education- Salisbury University 2007 Coaching Experience: Salisbury University- Assistant Coach- 2007 Personal: Coach Lasinski graduated from Derry in 2001. He was a standout pitcher for the Trojans helping the team advance to the WPIAL second round in 2001. Greg also helped to lead the Trojan football team at quarterback to a 6-4 season in 2000. He played two years for Mike Draghi at Westmoreland County Community College, which included a State Junior College Championship. Greg then spent two years at Division III powerhouse Salisbury University in Maryland, where he earned All Conference and All-American honors, and had the opportunity to pitch in the College World Series in Wisconsin. He moved on to sign a pro contract with the Washington Wild Things, of the Frontier League, and also played for the River City Rascals out of Missouri, and most recently the Slippery Rock Sliders. |
